Delivery Options

With delivery trucks running out of our Bennett location, propane customers can be on our route delivery service or place orders online or over the phone. Please call 303-644-3251 for more information or to schedule a delivery. We have an after hours answering service and can make emergency deliveries 24/7.

Route deliveries: We monitor your tank and our drivers make automatic deliveries based off your usage. This is the most convenient option for you since you don’t have to worry about monitoring your tank gauge.

Will-call: You are responsible for checking your gauge and scheduling a delivery before your tank is empty. We encourage placing an order when your propane level drops to 25 percent, as non-emergency will-call delivery can take up to 7 to 10 days. As an out-of-route customer, you’re charged a $250 fee if your tank runs out (which includes a leak test). So, it pays to keep a close eye on your tank gauge or join our route delivery service. The minimum delivery for will call orders is 200 gallons.

COD: Customers with COD accounts can call 303-644-3251 for more information on placing an order.

Roggen Farmers’ Elevator offers year round contracting to lock in energy prices and provide the best rates for customers with accounts in good standing. Contact us for more contract details.

Budget Billing: Customers who use this option are billed in 12 equal monthly installments based on usage in the previous year.

Propane Safety

When proper safeguards are observed, propane provides a safe, efficient and reliable way to heat your home, farm or business. We’re glad that you selected Roggen Farmers’ Elevator to deliver propane to your property, where your safety and well-being is very important to us.

Read below for some general safety tips concerning your equipment. For any questions on the properties of propane or propane safety, you can visit www.propane101.com/ or contact an energy team member. We’re always happy to answer any questions you might have.

Through years of research and practice, the propane industry has identified three things that are critical to keeping you safe:

Don’t let a tank run out of propane. If the tank does run out, it is imperative to perform a leak check before returning the tank to service. Performing leak checks takes time, so we encourage you to use our scheduled delivery program.

Perform a leak test on the propane system once every 5 years even if there are no indications of a problem or leak. At Roggen Farmers’ Elevator, we provide this service and keep your tank records on file to ensure it’s tested every 5 years.

Replace all regulators when they reach the manufacturer’s recommended replacement age. Many manufacturers recommend replacing a propane regulator after 15 years. Some manufacturers make regulators that have a 20-year rating, so check the date stamp on your regulator to know for sure. Keeping them in service past this point presents a safety risk, even if they still seem to be working fine. If your regulator is out of date, Roggen Farmers’ Elevator will replace it with a new 25-year regulator before refilling your tank.
